What Deep Check is

Deep Check is a one-time, $9 review of a single brand offer (an email, brief, or contract) for UGC creators, sold by Lowballed? (CreatedByJace). A human reads the full offer and emails you:

• a verdict and score for the deal,
• a clause-by-clause list of red flags,
• a fair-price breakdown (production and usage priced separately, based on your rate if you include it, otherwise typical market rates),
• a counter strategy and a ready-to-send counter email,
• a short list of changes to ask for before signing.

We use AI tools to help prepare your review. Every review is read, checked, and approved by a person before it's sent.

What Deep Check is not

Deep Check is a pricing and terms review from a creator's perspective. It is not legal advice, and Lowballed? is not a law firm. Nothing in a Deep Check says whether a contract is legally valid or enforceable. Clauses with legal implications (for example indemnity, liability, intellectual property ownership or assignment, governing law, or arbitration) are flagged for you, not interpreted. For legal questions, consult a lawyer.

Delivery promise

Your review is delivered by email within 24 hours of submitting your offer on the intake page (most arrive within a few hours). The 24-hour clock starts when your offer is submitted, not when you pay.

Refund policy

• If we cannot deliver your review within 24 hours, you get a full refund and the review free when it is ready.
• If a submission is spam or contains no real offer to review, we refund the $9 and decline the review.
• If you submit the wrong offer by mistake, reply to your confirmation email before your review is delivered and we will review the corrected offer instead, or refund you.
• Once a review has been delivered, the $9 is not refundable, because the work is done. If you believe your review missed something in the offer you submitted, reply to the delivery email and we will take another look at no charge.

Your materials

• You may only submit offers and documents you are allowed to share. By uploading, you confirm you have that permission.
• We read what you submit only to produce your review. Your materials are never reused for content or social media without your explicit written permission, and then only anonymized.
• Your uploaded file and offer text are automatically deleted 30 days after your review is delivered. Order records (amount, dates, delivery status) are kept for bookkeeping.
• To prepare your review, your offer may be processed by AI tools that don't use it to train their models.

Liability

Deep Check is provided as-is, as guidance only. You're responsible for your own decisions. Our total liability for any review is limited to the $9 you paid.

Payment

Payment is collected by Stripe before the review. Prices are in USD. Deep Check is a one-time purchase, not a subscription; you are charged once per review.

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy a Deep Check.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you buy applies to your order.
